💰 £50,000 – £60,000 + Bonus (OTE £75k+)

Join the key accounts team of a national company that supplies specialist equipment to the construction and civils industry. Our client has a great reputation in the construction / civils industry and is seeking a confident and dynamic key account manager that has experience working with large contractors and projects and understands how to develop these opportunities.

💸What You’ll Get

  • £50,000 – £60,000 basic (dependant on experience)

🧭Role & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for identifying, evaluating major project opportunities.
  • Generating and increasing business opportunities to build lasting relationships.
  • Develop sales strategies and tactics to maximize revenue.
  • Understand market drivers and opportunities for development
  • Negotiate specific trading agreements with customers.
  • Gain expert insight into new schemes and projects being released.

📋Skills & Experience Required

  • 3 years’ experience in a field-based sales role.
  • Strong understanding of construction, civil engineering or hire industry.
  • Proven ability to build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Proven sales results and a strong motivation to develop.
  • Full product training will be given as well as continuous support
