Role & Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for customer enquiries
- Responsible for receiving orders and collections of equipment
- Calculating and supply of quotes
- Planning transport for deliveries and collections
- To proactively work with all departments
- Dealing with damages and calculating costs
- Full training on product range will be given
Skills & Experience Required:
- Hire desk experience is desirable but not essential
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
