We are seeking a proven Business Development Manager to drive new business acquisition in a rapidly expanding automatic/industrial door servicing division. The successful candidate will have experience selling into the UK Facilities Management (FM) sectors, ideally within automatic/industrial doors, although an understanding of the sector is more important than direct experience in the product and service.

  • Own and exceed individual new business sales targets
  • Identify, prospect, and convert new logo opportunities in target verticals
  • Create and execute a clear business development strategy aligned to divisional growth goals
  • Attend industry events, tradeshows, and client meetings to build relationships and promote the company’s brand
  • Collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns and sales materials
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotes, and presentations
  • Provide clear monthly reporting on performance, pipeline progress, and market insights
What We’re Looking For
  • A track record of winning new business in the UK FM or Automatic/Industrial Door sector
  • Demonstrable success in target-based B2B sales roles, working autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Commercially savvy, resilient, and solutions-oriented
  • Emotional intelligence and excellent interpersonal skills
