£50,000 - £60,000 + Bonus (OTE £75k+) + Car

Field Based Sales

We have an exciting opportunity for an Area Sales Manager to drive new business growth while building strong customer relationships as the company expands across the UK. The company has had recent and substantial investment which is helping to drive the growth and offers a massive opportunity for the right individual to drive the business forward within the Cold storage and Refrigeration industry.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop business across sectors from food, pharmaceutical, health and logistics.
  • Grow and retain existing customer accounts with year-on-year revenue targets
  • Work closely with Project Engineers and telesales team to maximise impact.
  • Present tailored solutions alongside our engineering experts.
  • Have real ownership of your region with extensive customer engagement on the road.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Must have a good understanding of the refrigeration or cold storage market
  • Have experience of solution selling and a strong B2B sales background
  • Ability to build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Proven record of exceeding sales targets and a hunter’s mindset
  • Full product training will be given as well as continuous support
