Our client has a great reputation in the construction / civils industry and is seeking a confident and dynamic area sales manager with a hunger and talent for winning new business and developing existing accounts. This is a brilliant opportunity for an area sales manager with a construction / technical background.

π§Role & Responsibilities
- Covering the Midlands territory.
- Reporting to the Regional Sales Director.
- Responsible for generating and increasing business opportunities.
- Develop sales tactics and negotiate contracts in line with annual sales plans.
- Promote pre-engineered solutions through depots to increase revenue.
- Produce bespoke solutions working with the engineering team.
- End-to-end management of all customer accounts within portfolio.
πSkills & Experience Required
- 3 yearsβ experience in a field-based sales role.
- Strong understanding of construction, civil engineering or hire industry.
- Proven ability to build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships.
- Proven sales results and a strong motivation to develop.
- Full product training will be given as well as continuous support
