Join the sales team of a very well established and national company that supplies specialist equipment to the construction and civils industry. Our client has a great reputation in the construction / civils industry and is seeking a confident and dynamic area sales manager with a hunger and talent for winning new business and developing existing accounts. This is a brilliant opportunity for an area sales manager with a construction / technical background.

🧭Role & Responsibilities

  • Covering the Midlands territory.
  • Reporting to the Regional Sales Director.
  • Responsible for generating and increasing business opportunities.
  • Develop sales tactics and negotiate contracts in line with annual sales plans.
  • Promote pre-engineered solutions through depots to increase revenue.
  • Produce bespoke solutions working with the engineering team.
  • End-to-end management of all customer accounts within portfolio.

πŸ“‹Skills & Experience Required

  • 3 years’ experience in a field-based sales role.
  • Strong understanding of construction, civil engineering or hire industry.
  • Proven ability to build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Proven sales results and a strong motivation to develop.
  • Full product training will be given as well as continuous support
