Key Strategic Responsibilities
To ensure that all members on each lottery collection round have paid their subscriptions and are included in as many weekly draws as possible.
Operational Responsibilities
- Collect from Lottery members on Cash Collection rounds adhering to a regular timetable.
- Provide holiday and sickness cover for other Lottery Collectors.
- Visit existing players to promote alternative payment methods and special promotions.
Staff Management
- Work with other collectors to cover their rounds as required.
- Deliver and collect round sheets from other collectors as required.
Financial Management
- Maintain accurate records of all payments received.
- Complete all paperwork related to cash collection rounds.
- Ensure that all cash collected is paid in to the Hospice in a timely manner.
Communication and Working Relationships
- To report back on a regular basis to the Fundraising Team with any issues or queries.
- To attend Hospice meetings where appropriate.
