St Richard’s VC Academy are looking to appoint an outstanding, enthusiastic and highly motivated inclusion and attendance support assistant to join our dedicated team. You will support the Operational Designated Safeguarding Officer in implementing the school's Attendance Policy and improving the attendance of students. Work with identified students whose attendance is a barrier to their performance. Hold an ELSA qualification (desirable) to support vulnerable children. Record, monitor and report on attendance data and support in classroom and at break times as directed.
