St Richards R.C Primary School is looking to appoint an enthusiastic, reliable, hard-working, self-motivated, outgoing, friendly and flexible person as our School Office Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to join our school team.
The successful candidate will:
- Be committed to providing an efficient and accurate service;
- Be able to communicate in a friendly, clear and effective manner;
- Provide administrative support to the Headteacher and all other school staff when required;
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the school office by working with the whole school team, providing high quality, efficient administrative support;
- Be a team player as well as having the ability to work alone and on your own initiative;
- Have the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines;
- Be proficient in the use of Word and Excel;
- Have excellent organisational, literacy and numeracy skills;
- Have experience of working in a school office using ARBOR, ParentPay and Evolve. (Training will be available for suitable applicant.)
A commitment to supporting the strong Catholic ethos of St Richard’s Catholic Primary School is essential.
Due to the nature of work, the above post is exempt from the provisions of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and relevant care/safeguarding legislation, and appointment will only be confirmed if a satisfactory enhanced disclosure is obtained from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
