Hours: Bank working shifts are 11.5 hours per shift 8:00 - 20:15, 20:00 – 8:15, both days and nights.

Salary: £12.90 per hour plus enhancements

Location: Wildwood Drive, Worcester WR5 2QT

We have exciting opportunities for caring and committed professionals to join us and provide a truly holistic approach to supporting patients within our In-Patient Unit. You will be a valuable member of the In-Patient Unit team and wider multidisciplinary team, assisting with the delivery of high quality care. You will carry out a wide range of care duties to meet the holistic needs of the patient and those important to them.

This is a Bank role on an ‘as and when required basis’ and could be combined with other work commitments. This post requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.

About you: You will put patient care at the heart of the work you do and be able to communicate clearly and effectively to patients, those important to them and colleagues. You will have experience of working in a team and interacting with members of the public, you will be required to work independently under the direction of our team of registered nurses, in a supportive and collaborative environment. Experience of working with adults in a care setting and a Care Certificate or NVQ level 2 in care would be desirable but not essential.
