The predicted salary is between 31203 - 34063 £ per year.

Hours: Full and part time hours available, minimum of 23 hours per week. All hours are 11.5 hours per shift: 8:00 - 20:15, 20:00 - 8:15, both days and nights on a rota basis.

Location: In-patient Unit, Wildwood Drive, Worcester WR1 2QT

About the role: We have exciting opportunities for caring and committed professionals to join us and provide a truly holistic approach to supporting patients within our In-Patient Unit. You will play a vital role in providing, leading, co-ordinating and evaluating specialist palliative care that is evidence-based and of a high standard to patients and those important to them. Some flexibility will be required to work varying hours, including weekend working. This post requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.

Main duties of the job: You are a Registered Adult Nurse with current NMC registration, able to demonstrate continued development and consolidation of your knowledge and clinical skills since qualification. You have a strong understanding of the NMC code of professional conduct and are confident in applying its principles, alongside relevant legal and professional frameworks, within your practice. You will be an effective communicator and have the ability to assess, plan, implement and evaluate a plan of care, whilst demonstrating the ability to work as an effective member of the multi-disciplinary team. You will deliver the highest standard and quality outcomes possible for patients and those important to them, whilst supporting the purpose, vision and values of the Hospice.
