As Restaurant Supervisor, you will support the restaurant management team in delivering exceptional dining experiences, ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining the highest standards of service. You will lead by example on the floor, guiding the team to provide attentive, personalised service that reflects the refined and elegant St. Regis brand. Key Responsibilities
  • Support the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, ensuring seamless and efficient service
  • Lead, motivate and coordinate the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Monitor dining areas for service standards, seating availability, guest satisfaction and overall ambience
  • Conduct opening and closing duties, ensuring all areas, equipment and supplies are prepared and secured
