As Kitchen Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative and organisational support to the culinary team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of kitchen administration. Working closely with Chefs and operational teams, you will coordinate documentation, manage records and support daily administrative processes, enabling the kitchen to operate seamlessly. Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the kitchen team, including preparing documents, reports and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems and documentation for kitchen operations.
- Enter, update and retrieve information from computer systems and databases.
- Support ordering, inventory tracking and supplier documentation where required.
- Coordinate internal communication between the kitchen and other departments.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail and operational updates.
