As Bar Supervisor, you will support the bar management team in delivering exceptional service, ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining the highest standards of beverage service and guest experience. You will lead by example, coordinating the team and creating a vibrant yet refined atmosphere in line with the St. Regis brand. Key Responsibilities- Support the day-to-day operation of the bar, ensuring seamless and efficient service
- Lead, guide and motivate the bar team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Engage with guests, responding to requests and ensuring a personalised and memorable experience
- Monitor bar and lounge areas for service flow, guest satisfaction, safety and overall ambience
- Conduct regular stock checks, inventories and requisitions for liquor, beverages and supplies
- Ensure secure handling of cash, floats and banking procedures throughout shifts
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery
- Complete maintenance requests and report operational issues promptly
- Communicate clearly with the team, including last calls and closing procedures
- Assist with training, scheduling and performance management of team members
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and company policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate records and complete all required administrative tasks
