We are seeking a talented and passionate graphic designer to join our Communications and Marketing Team. Following the recent launch of our refreshed brand guidelines, this exciting new role is vital in ensuring our visual identity is consistently and creatively applied across all marketing, fundraising, retail, clinical and organisational materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality, on‑brand designs for a variety of print and digital materials, including posters and flyers, twice-yearly supporter magazine The Raphaelite, event collateral including rail banners, social media assets, website graphics, and fundraising and brand campaign assets.
  • Ensure the refreshed brand guidelines are applied consistently across all outputs, championing best practice and supporting colleagues to use the brand effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across Communications and Marketing, Fundraising, and wider organisational departments to clearly interpret briefs and with a positive, consistent and ‘can‑do’ attitude deliver creative, impactful designs.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring work is completed to a high standard, on time, and within agreed specifications.
  • Work with external suppliers as required (eg printers and photographers) to ensure high-quality production and brand consistency.
  • Support the evolution of the look and feel of the Hospice’s visual storytelling, bringing new ideas that enhance engagement, awareness, and positive supporter experience.
  • Maintain organised design files, templates, and brand assets that are easily accessible to internal teams across the charity.
  • Act as a brand ambassador at all times and uphold the Hospice’s values.
