We’re seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our fundraising team to support the overall running of the Events and Community Team.
Role Requirements/Attributes
- Empathy with the work of St Raphael’s Hospice
- Proven ability to work on extracting data from various platforms for reports and in completing stewardship journeys.
- Ability to work with and organise volunteers
- Good personal organisation
- Strong interpersonal skills, particularly when interacting with donors
- High level of enthusiasm and commitment
- Knowledge of Code of Fundraising Practice and GDPR
- Good influencing and relationship-building skills
- Project management skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Willing to talk about or present the work of the hospice to large groups and individuals
- Good team player
- Ability to work within budgets

- Willingness to work outside of normal office hours such as evening and weekends
