Make a Real Difference in Specialist Palliative Care

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional palliative and end of life care in the community? We are excited to offer an opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate Band 7 Community Clinical Nurse Specialist/Specialist Practitioner in Palliative Care (30 hours per week) to join our Community Specialist Palliative Care Team, supporting patients across Merton and Sutton. At St Raphael’s Hospice, we work closely with patients and those important to them, providing:

  • Expert pain and symptom management
  • Emotional and psychological support
  • Specialist advice to GPs, District Nurses, and other professionals
  • Access to other key services through effective signposting
