Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity to grow your skills and be part of a dynamic team? We’re seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as the Shop Manager for our Rosehill shop.

Purpose of role

  • Meet income generation targets and KPI’s for Gift Aid, volunteers and stock etc.
  • Be responsible for the effective operation of the shop.
  • Generate sufficient stock to meet targets from donors and other organisations.
  • Provide excellent customer service which will in turn maximise sales and profitability.
  • Provide management and leadership of paid staff and volunteers.
  • Deliver training to staff and volunteers.
  • Always represent St. Raphael’s Hospice in a professional manner.
