Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity to grow your skills and be part of a dynamic team? We’re seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as the Shop Manager for our Rosehill shop.
Purpose of role
- Meet income generation targets and KPI’s for Gift Aid, volunteers and stock etc.
- Be responsible for the effective operation of the shop.
- Generate sufficient stock to meet targets from donors and other organisations.
- Provide excellent customer service which will in turn maximise sales and profitability.
- Provide management and leadership of paid staff and volunteers.
- Deliver training to staff and volunteers.
- Always represent St. Raphael’s Hospice in a professional manner.
