The role of Bank Assistant Shop Manger is to deputise and support the Shop Manager in maximising shop profit by achieving budgeted income, controlling shop expenditure in line with budget and retaining a motivated team of Retail Assistants and Volunteers, across all St Raphael’s Hospice shop locations.
Purpose of role:
- To deputise and be accountable for all management duties as and when required in the absence of the manager – covering periods of absence.
- To assist with maximising shop income and Gift Aid.
- To help to meet or exceed sales targets.
- To assist the Manager with the completion of KPIs as required.
- To cover all shops across the St Raphael’s Hospice chain as required.
