Our team is looking for an IT Support Technician to provide an excellent level of customer service to staff and students across our cluster of schools. The role involves IT systems support, an ITIL based helpdesk, hardware and software support, and participation in large IT projects across the Trust and cluster schools.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to staff and students.
- Support IT systems across a cluster of schools.
- Provide helpdesk support on an ITIL based platform.
- Support a wide range of hardware and software solutions in teaching and learning environments.
- Participate in large and exciting new IT projects across the Trust and cluster schools.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong customer service orientation – warm and friendly service to staff and students.
- Fast learner – able to keep up with the rapid pace of ICT and education.
- Enthusiastic – ready to excel and push themselves as part of the team.
- Willingness to work out of hours and on weekends with a certain level of flexibility.
- Ability to travel across Trust academies to provide advice and technical support.
