Saint Ralph Sherwin Multi Academy Trust are looking to appoint an enthusiastic ICT Field Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide an excellent level of customer service to our Trust’s staff and students.
  • IT systems support across a cluster of schools.
  • Support an active ITIL based helpdesk.
  • Support a wide range of hardware and software solutions across a variety of teaching and learning environments.
  • Be part of large and exciting new IT projects across the Trust and in your cluster of schools.

  • Customer Service – Teaching and learning is at the forefront of everything we do. We provide a warm and friendly service to staff and students.
  • Fast Learner – ICT and education moves at a rapid pace. We need to keep up with this to give our students the best chance of success.
  • Enthusiastic – We want people who come in every day ready to excel and push themselves as part of the team.
  • Availability to work out of hours and weekends; flexibility required.

The role will support a cluster of Trust academies, providing advice and technical support, therefore some travel across the Trust will be required.
