Lead and deliver a comprehensive, impartial careers programme for Years 7-11, supporting informed progression and reducing NEET risk. Build and maintain strong partnerships with employers, colleges, training providers, and HE institutions. Provide personalised careers guidance through 1:1 interviews, assemblies, events, and parental engagement. Manage, develop, and evaluate the school library as a high-quality learning resource that promotes literacy and inclusion. Oversee systems, data, budgets, and reporting to ensure continuous improvement and compliance with statutory and OFSTED guidance.
