The predicted salary is between 28800 - 48000 £ per year.

The Procurement Analyst will support the implementation and execution of Procurement strategies, whilst having a voice within the continuous improvement of Procurement processes. This includes providing all the necessary data to effectively evaluate supplier proposals and measure supplier performance with the aim to drive the procurement team performance, cost savings and company margin.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with data gathering, organisation, and evaluation of supplier scorecards.
  • Attending supplier meetings where required to support development and understand supplier risks, opportunities, and processes.
  • Supporting and/or managing supplier relationships alongside the procurement team members where appropriate.
  • Using Microsoft Office competently to develop meeting presentations, action trackers, and data analysis.
  • Monitoring and analysing cost price amendments and presenting data in a clear and logical format.
  • Assisting in the review and negotiation of co-manufacturer legal contracts including Supply Agreements, Code of Conduct, and T&Cs.
  • Driving new processes and initiatives to strengthen the Procurement Team internally.
  • Providing training and support to internal colleagues on procurement policy and processes.
  • Documenting purchasing processes.
  • Contributing to projects relevant to the procurement team and ensuring that they are progressed in accordance with agreed parameters.

Proven experience working with commercials and/or data is essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint. A background in supply chain or procurement is preferred. French language skills are also beneficial.
