The International Logistics Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and reliable flow of goods across global supply routes, supporting the International Logistics Coordinator with day-to-day operational tasks. This role is ideal for a highly organised individual with strong administrative experience and a keen eye for detail. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Supply Chain Coordinator and our forwarders to ensure that collections are made on time, to maintain our service level.
  • Track ETAs and update internal stakeholders on the impact to budget.
  • Update and maintain KPIs to track service level, costs and market trends.
  • Review and change tactics to ensure we are continuously improving our operation.
  • Create all necessary customs paperwork to ensure the smooth flow of goods, relevant to the destination market.
  • Invoice all international orders and ensure the system reflects all known costs for month end, working closely with the Finance team.
  • Update customers on their inbound POs.

Person Specification

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within logistics, supply chain, or a similar operational environment.
