The Inventory and Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in keeping inventory accurate across several warehouse locations. The position supports day to day stock movements, customer fulfilment and broader supply chain operations. The role is hands on and detail focused, helping to maintain reliable stock data, resolve issues quickly and work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to keep goods moving smoothly. This is a Fixed Term Contract for a period of 8 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate stock records across multiple warehouse sites, using the M3 ERP system to investigate and resolve any discrepancies.
- Organise and track stock movements, including warehouse transfers and transport bookings, to ensure goods are moved efficiently and on time.
- Handle returns, adjustments, rework and disposals, working closely with warehouse partners and internal teams to complete processes correctly.
- Support fulfilment activities for key customers by ensuring stock levels are correct and orders can be dispatched without delays.
- Produce and review operational reports and KPIs, such as stock reconciliation, aged stock and fulfilment performance.
- Build strong working relationships with third party logistics providers and internal departments, contributing to operational reviews, traceability work and ongoing improvements.
