Role Overview: Teaching Assistant (Level 3) with SEND responsibilities in EYFS, tasked with supporting the learning and development of pupils in a vibrant classroom.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to classroom teachers and pupils with SEND needs.
- Assist with lesson preparation and classroom management.
- Deliver targeted support to individual learners to draw out the very best from them.
- Record and analyze pupil progress, participate in team meetings, and contribute to the development of inclusive teaching strategies.
Qualifications:
- Relevant Teaching Assistant qualifications.
- Experience or training in working with SEND pupils is highly desirable.
