We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to join our team. The Personal Assistant will provide administrative support to our Director ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in the office.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities- Prepare and draft documents, such as contracts and correspondence
- Organize and maintain legal files and documents
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and phone calls
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
