Pittendreich Care Centre is seeking a Deputy Manager for 44 hours per week. St Philip's Care provides outstanding care to our residents and is a stable, people-focused business with a portfolio of 33 homes in the UK. We have won the award ‘The most outstanding Residential Care Management Team in the UK’ and continue this ethos through 2026. Job Role
The successful candidate will have proven senior experience and be able to lead and manage a team of staff to support the Care Home Manager. Responsibilities include delivering quality care by continually assessing residents’ needs and wishes, developing services to enhance quality of life, and positively influencing the reputation of the home through professional communication with visitors and stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- NVQ or QCF Level 3 Health and Social, or working towards it
- Deputy Manager experience or extensive senior team-leader experience
