The predicted salary is between 25583 - 25583 £ per year.
Salary WSCC Grade 4, point 5 (£25,583 per annum, pro rata, equating to £21,548.76 actual, per annum, subject to April pay rise).
Full time: 37 hrs per week, term time (38 weeks) with working hours 8.00am - 4.00pm Monday – Thursday, 8.00 – 3.30pm on Friday.
We are looking to appoint an individual with a genuine passion for supporting students. The Design and Technology / Food / Textiles Technician provides practical and technical support to ensure the effective delivery of Design and Technology / Food and Textiles lessons across the department. The role is central to preparing, organising, maintaining, and clearing practical resources, equipment, ingredients, and materials so that teaching and learning can take place efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.
Working closely with teaching staff, the technician supports a safe, well-resourced, and orderly learning environment. The postholder contributes to the smooth day-to-day running of the department by managing stock, maintaining equipment, supporting health and safety compliance, and carrying out a range of administrative and practical tasks that reduce teacher workload and enhance pupil experience.
