- 1.
Act as the first point of contact for visitors, parents and pupils, ensuring a warm professional reception service while upholding safeguarding protocols, including accurate visitor sign-in procedures.
- 2. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person queries efficiently and courteously.
- 3. Maintain a visitor calendar ensuring appointments and meetings are logged. Coordinate room booking, catering and hospitality, parking, and any other logistical requirements.
- 4. Maintain the pupil register by recording daily attendance, absences, and punctuality, and associated tasks, ensuring compliance is followed.
- 5. Support administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and data entry.
- 6. Monitor and replenish office supplies. Procurement of stationery and supplies for various departments.
- 7. Responsibilities are subject to change and may include other responsibilities as needed to meet the objectives of the School Office.
