The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 € per year.

Responsibilities include assisting the Rowing Coaches in the delivery of high quality coaching of pupils attending a summer sports camp. You will assist in the implementation of the School's Summer Sports Camps / Academy's, help prepare training plans, and coordinate and run training sessions, adapting to the needs of groups or individual pupils as required.

It is important to ensure that individual progress is monitored and recorded in the pupil's individual Academy booklet, including identifying areas for further development. You should keep up to date with developments within your specific sport, produce innovative ideas, and ensure that best practice is adopted.

You will ensure the Health and Safety policy is implemented, that all equipment is checked, and that pupils are taught how to use it safely. In consultation with the Course Manager / Head Coach, you will carry out and regularly review appropriate risk assessments.

As a positive role model, you will create a fun and safe environment within which pupils are motivated and encouraged to fully participate in the training sessions of the camp / academy.
