Qualifications
- QualifiedTeacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
- NationalAward for Special Educational Needs Coordination (NASENCo)βor a commitmentto undertake the qualification within the first 2 years. Theschool would support the right candidate through this process.
Experience & Knowledge
- Successfulteaching experience across the primary age range.
- Deepunderstanding of the SEND Code of Practice and statutory SEND regulationsin England.
- Experienceworking effectively with children with diverse needs, including ASD, SEMH,and complex learning difficulties.
Skills & Personal Attributes
- Excellentcommunication, empathy, and interpersonal skills for liaising withfamilies and external agencies.
- Strongorganisational skills to manage competing priorities in a one-form entrysetting.
- Resilienceand a proactive, solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
