Your Role
- Lead and Inspire: Use your experience in youth ministry to lead a dynamic team of volunteers, bringing a creative and mission-focused approach to reaching young people.
- Build Relationships: Walk closely with young people, helping them encounter Jesus and discover the life-changing joy and purpose He offers.
- Live Your Faith: With a deep and mature relationship with Jesus, you’ll be a role model and mentor, passionate about equipping the next generation to live for Him.
Key Information
- Full-time Role: 40 hours per week, including some core and flexible hours. We are open to negotiation for the right candidate, with salary pro-rata.
- Requirements: A satisfactory DBS criminal record check.
- The right to work in the UK.
- A Genuine Occupational Requirement for the post-holder to be a committed Christian, in line with the Equality Act 2010.
