Reporting to the Head of HR, you'll be the organisation's payroll expert, providing advice and guidance to managers and employees while continually improving payroll processes and systems.

You'll work closely with colleagues across HR and Finance, as well as external stakeholders including pension providers, auditors and HMRC. You'll be someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in accuracy and has a strong understanding of payroll legislation and pension administration. This is a UK based, not-for-profit organisation that helps employers build and maintain diverse teams and inclusive cultures. We’re really pleased to have ENEI supporting us on our Equity, Diversity and Inclusion journey. Just as we offer care to all, we welcome applications from everyone.
