The Vacancy
St Peter's Hospice is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to provide strategic financial insight, challenge and support across the organisation.
This role offers the opportunity to influence key decisions while helping deliver outstanding hospice care across the South West.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will lead budgeting, forecasting, business case development and performance reporting while partnering with senior managers and budget holders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead annual budgets and forecasts.
- Deliver insightful management information and variance analysis.
- Develop financial business cases and impact assessments.
- Support fundraising appeals, tenders and grant applications.
- Produce cashflow forecasts and support investment decisions.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
About You
Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent QBE with strong business partnering experience, advanced Excel skills and the ability to communicate financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
