St Peter's Hospice, Bristol is looking for a motivated, relationship‑driven professional to grow our corporate fundraising programme and champion the power of partnership. This is a dynamic role that blends proactive new business development with exceptional account management, giving you the chance to both spark new relationships and nurture long‑standing ones.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building and managing a portfolio of corporate partners, ensuring they feel inspired, valued and connected to our mission.
- Delivering outstanding stewardship that deepens engagement and maximises income.
- Researching, pitching and securing new business opportunities across Bristol and the surrounding area.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across fundraising, marketing and clinical teams to deliver impactful campaigns and events.
What we’re looking for:
- A confident communicator who enjoys meeting new people and building rapport.
- Someone who thrives on both relationship management and winning new business.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Creativity, resilience and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
- Experience in fundraising, sales, account management or a similar field (charity experience welcome but not essential).
What we can offer you:
- Salary of £28,569 - £31,744, dependent on experience.
- Hybrid position (up to 3 days per week from home), with base in Long Ashton (BS41).
