Our Lady of Mercy is comprised of four 40‐resident units, each featuring private and semi-private accommodations along with its own warmly designed dining room—promoting comfort, connection, and a true sense of community.

Role Summary
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will deliver high-quality nursing care under the direction of a Registered Professional Nurse (RN) and contribute to resident assessments, care planning, and daily clinical needs. Your work will support residents' physical and emotional well-being in a person-centered, team-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on nursing care under RN supervision
- Assist with treatments, procedures, and resident care activities
- Collaborate with the RN and interdisciplinary team to collect data and help establish care priorities
- Contribute to the development and communication of individualized care plans
- Administer medications and monitor IV therapy per established standards
- Uphold all nursing policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Offer compassionate support to residents and their families
Qualifications
Required: Current New York State license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Preferred: 1-year experience as an LPN, preferably in a Skilled Nursing setting
Pay Range: $24.00 - $31.10
Weekday shift differentials: $4/hour evenings/overnights
Weekend shift differentials: $4/hour days, $8/hour evenings/overnights
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
