St. Joseph’s Health is seeking a Board-Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join their established outpatient primary care practice in Liverpool, NY. You’ll be joining a well-staffed and collaborative team of 15+ Primary Care Providers who provide care to pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics. Our practice environment is patient-focused, backed by strong system resources and robust ancillary support. Physicians are encouraged to pursue clinical interests and innovation within scope.
Located at 5100 W. Taft Rd. Liverpool, NY 13088, this outpatient primary care office offers:
- Comprehensive care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
- Treatment for acute illnesses, injuries, and chronic medical conditions
- Preventive care, including immunizations and cancer screenings
- Women’s health services, such as annual pelvic exams and pap smears
- A supportive, team-based clinical environment
Office hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Shared rotational call among Physicians with innovative first call system support
Physician-governed organization with a Physician-led JOC
Supportive of Physicians with an interest in education and mentorship
EPIC EMR system
Modern, fully equipped office suites with free on-site parking
Onsite imaging, blood draws, and OB point of care testing available
Requirements:
- NYS medical licensure and DEA certification
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Open to both experienced physicians and new graduates
St. Joseph’s Health offers a competitive salary and a full range of benefits, including:
- Base Salary Range: $225,000–$242,000 (plus eligibility for productivity and quality bonus incentives)
- Starting Bonus: $50,000.00 paid one time in the first payroll month after employment begins
- Retention Bonus: $25,000.00 paid in the second payroll cycle after the first anniversary date
- $25,000.00 paid in the second payroll cycle after the second anniversary date
- Resident Stipend: $2,500 per month
- Medical, vision, and dental insurance
- Paid malpractice with post-employment tail coverage
- CME time & $4,500 annual expense allowance
- Generous Paid Time Off
- Loan Repayment: Our institution qualifies as an eligible employer for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
