St. Peter’s School is seeking a versatile, highly organised, and proactive Strategic Facilities Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to some of our diverse commercial operations. This includes the St Peter's Golf Centre, International Holiday Camps, Swim School and more. This position offers a high degree of flexibility, structured entirely within term-time. Due to the varied nature of our commercial units, this is a dynamic role where responsibilities span multiple business functions, ensuring no two days are the same. This role carries significant scope for professional development, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to take ownership of the position and shape its trajectory as our commercial operations expand.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations & Scheduling: Coordinate bookings, timetables, holiday programmes and logistics.
- Marketing & Digital Media: Assist in driving brand awareness by managing social media channels, creating engaging content, and coordinating promotional materials for upcoming camps and events.
- Programme Development: Collaborate with the commercial management team to research, plan, and execute new commercial initiatives and community programmes.
- Financial Administration: Undertake basic financial reporting and on charging, working in cohesion with facility managers and the finance office.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a professional point of contact for parents, external clients, international visitors, and internal school departments.
Key Requirements & Skills
- Strong Organisational Skills: The ability to prioritise tasks effectively, manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
- Communication Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and welcoming demeanour.
- Digital Proficiency: Competence across standard office software (MS Office/Google Suite), experience managing professional social media platforms, and the ability to quickly adapt to bespoke booking systems.
- Proactivity & Initiative: A self-starter mindset with the capability to identify process improvements and develop the role over time.
- Sector Familiarity (Desirable): Prior experience in administration, leisure, or an educational environment is advantageous but not essential.
