We are seeking an Assistant Head of Faculty to join our vibrant and well-resourced Mathematics Faculty. Applications are invited from experienced, transformative and creative leaders.
Working alongside the Head of Faculty, this leadership opportunity is for an experienced educator wanting to contribute to faculty leadership, curriculum development, and the ongoing support and growth of our students. A high-quality practitioner who can model significant engagement is essential for this role.
Skills And Experiences
The successful candidate will be an experienced and highly motivated educator with leadership capability and strong interpersonal skills. You will also be well organised and innovative in your approach. You must be familiar with the New Zealand mathematics curriculum changes and can teach up to NZQA Level 3. The ability to teach International Baccalaureate (IB) or Cambridge A-level mathematics is an advantage but not essential.
