About the Role
- Lead inclusion across the school, including SEND, Pupil Premium, EAL, and vulnerable pupils
- Act as the designated SENCo, ensuring statutory responsibilities are met
- Drive high-quality adaptive teaching and supporting curriculum design
- Help raise achievement and remove barriers for pupils
- Lead and develop staff, including Teaching Assistants
- Work closely with families, external agencies, and the wider Trust
