The Governors are seeking to appoint an inspirational and dynamic Teaching Assistant to join our high‐performing, oversubscribed school. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate eager to begin a career in education, or for an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for progression and a new challenge. The successful candidate will make a significant contribution to the continued success of our school community.
Salary / grade range: Actual Pro-rata salary – £21,089.20 32.5 hours per week term time only + 5 training days. There will be some requirement to work during Parents’ Evening and Opening Evening.
Location: St Peter’s RC High School As soon as possible.

The successful candidate will work to support students to become creative, happy and successful individuals both in the classroom and in our wider school community through lesson support, group work and one to one support with identified students. They will be committed to the development of young people and be prepared to engage with a comprehensive CPD programme to support their practise.
