Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver a broad, balanced and engaging curriculum for students contributing to raising standards of student attainment.
  • Provide high‑quality teaching and effective pastoral support, creating a learning environment that enables all students to achieve their potential.
  • Monitor students' progress and development and set expectations in relation to standards of achievement and the quality of learning and teaching.

Qualifications

  • A fully qualified teacher with evidence of QTS for secondary teaching.
  • Qualified to at least degree level in subject area and/or good A Levels or equivalent.
  • Unrelenting in your pursuit of excellence in all aspects of your practice.
  • Successful in working with young people and securing the best outcomes for them.
  • Team‑spirited and prepared to go above and beyond to get the job done.
