As The Lead Teacher Of Art, You Will:
- Plan and develop high quality lessons and courses to continually enhance teaching and learning, contributing to raising standards of student attainment.
- Monitor and evaluate the curriculum and provide specialist subject expertise to assist departmental staff.
- Provide high‑quality teaching and effective pastoral support, creating a learning environment that enables all students to achieve their potential.
- Monitor students' progress and development and set expectations in relation to standards of achievement and the quality of learning and teaching.
About You
We want to hear from you if you are:
- A fully qualified teacher with evidence of QTS for secondary teaching.
- Qualified to at least degree level in subject area and/or good A Levels or equivalent.
- Unrelenting in your pursuit of excellence in all aspects of your practice.
- Successful in working with young people and securing the best outcomes for them.
- Team spirited and prepared to go above and beyond to get the job done.
