Royal Greenwich Trust School is seeking an exceptional Head of Creative Arts to drive curriculum excellence, student achievement, and innovation in our ambitious and inclusive learning community.

As Head Of Creative Arts, You Will:

  • Lead curriculum design, quality assurance, and strategic planning across your faculty.
  • Champion high-quality teaching and learning, ensuring every student reaches their full potential.
  • Drive student progress and outcomes at Key Stages 4 and 5.
  • Inspire and develop a team of passionate educators.
  • Contribute to whole-school improvement and Trust-wide collaboration.

About You

We want to hear from you if you are:

  • A fully qualified teacher with evidence of QTS for secondary teaching.
  • Qualified to at least degree level in subject area and/or good A Levels or equivalent.
  • Up to date knowledge of the relevant curriculum area.
  • Experienced in teaching at secondary level with a track record of excellent classroom practice.
  • Skilled in curriculum planning, data analysis, and leading teams.
  • Passionate about inclusive education and committed to student success.
  • A collaborative leader with strong interpersonal and coaching skills.
