We are seeking an ambitious and talented teacher to join us as an Associate Senior Leader (ASLT). This is an exciting development opportunity for colleagues aspiring to senior leadership. The role offers experience at a whole-school strategic level, including attendance at SLT meetings, leading key priorities, and working across the Trust. ASLTs will have a teaching commitment, contribute to the smooth running of the school, and may take on line management responsibilities.

As a senior subject lead, you will drive the strategic vision for your curriculum area, with accountability for outcomes at Key Stage 4 and 5. You will play a key role in the Teaching and Learning team, using data to inform practice and leading high-quality CPD. You will be mentored by an SLT member, with opportunities to shadow senior leaders and complete the NPQSL. We are looking for individuals with the ambition to progress to Assistant Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher and Headteacher roles.
