📍 Birmingham | 🕗 8:30am – 5:30pm (4pm finish on Fridays) | 💼 Hybrid | 💷 £26,100 – £35,000

We’re recruiting for a relationship-driven 360 Tech Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centric environment. If you enjoy owning the full recruitment cycle, building long-lasting partnerships, and driving new business with genuine curiosity and commercial awareness, this could be your perfect next step.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing the full 360 recruitment process across the tech sector
• Growing your own client base through proactive business development
• Building strong, trusted relationships with both clients and candidates
• Advising stakeholders with insight and confidence
• Staying ahead of tech market trends to deliver real value
• Collaborating closely with your team to hit shared goals

• Experience in technology recruitment, or a similar technical/ specialist market
• Strong business development skills and a natural ability to win and grow accounts

This is a full-time, office-based role in Birmingham (Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm).
