We’re hiring a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our successful and well-established recruitment agency in London, specialising in property & construction, social housing, HR, Finance and Legal recruitment across the UK.

What we’re looking for:
You’ll bring your proven experience as a 360 recruiter, a passion for building strong client relationships, and the ability to deliver exceptional results.
- 360 recruitment expertise: Experience managing the full recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement
- Strong business development skills: Confidence in securing new clients and maintaining existing relationships
- Excellent communication skills: Build rapport with clients and candidates, while providing outstanding customer service
- Drive and ambition: Relentless motivation to achieve targets and contribute to the agency’s success
About the role:
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for both client and candidate management – sourcing and matching top talent with the right opportunities, negotiating contracts, and contributing to the growth of the agency.
