St Paul's School seeks an exceptional educational leader to become its next Whole School Director of Inclusion.

This is a rare opportunity to shape and lead inclusive learning provision across both St Paul's School and St Paul's Prep, ensuring that every pupil is supported to thrive within one of the UK's most academically high-achieving educational environments.

Located on a modern riverside campus in Barnes, St Paul's is one of the UK's leading independent schools.

Rooted in the values of scholarship, character and opportunity, the School combines academic excellence with a strong commitment to innovation, wellbeing and personal development.

The Whole School Director of Inclusion will provide strategic leadership for learning support across the Whole School, championing inclusive practice, advising senior leaders on SEND provision, and strengthening continuity between the Prep and Senior Schools.

Working closely with colleagues, parents and pupils, they will help ensure that all learners are empowered to achieve their full potential.

The successful candidate will bring significant experience in inclusive education, together with the credibility, vision and leadership skills to influence practice across a high-performing academic community.

They will be an inspirational and collaborative leader, committed to fostering a culture in which every pupil is supported to flourish and achieve their full potential.
