St Paul’s Senior School is seeking an engaging and passionate part-time Sport Partnership Lead on an 18-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will lead the school’s program of sporting links with the local community, as well as schools in the maintained sector, both locally and beyond. This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious and values-driven individual with the ability to motivate and engage pupils of all ages and abilities in a range of sporting contexts.
The School’s salary scale is substantially above the national scale. St Paul’s is a selective Independent Day School for boys aged 13-18, occupying a 45-acre site on the south bank of the Thames. The school and its prep division are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and to creating a diverse and inclusive educational environment.
Responsibilities- Lead on the school’s program of sporting links with the local community and with schools in the maintained sector, both locally and beyond.

- Part-time 21 hours
- Term Time (34 weeks) plus 6 weeks
- Fixed-Term Contract April 2026 to July 2027
